Attention Globefund User:
You do not currently have a Fundlist for this PC. There are a few possible reasons for this:
- You set the Fundlist up on another PC.
You previously had one but it is no longer available because the cookie file on your PC that provides the link between your PC and our server no longer exists.
You have not yet set one up. To set one up, click Update Fundlist on the Portfolio home page.
Cookie files can be lost for a number of reasons:
- You erase temporary Internet files occasionally using a technique that inadvertently erases the cookie file ('cookies.txt' in the case of Netscape, 'globefunddb_theglobeandmail.txt' in the case of Internet Explorer).
To erase temporary Internet files, do not use Windows Explorer. Instead, use your browser directly, following the steps below that apply in your particular case. This will avoid loss of the cookie file.

Firefox 1.x: Tools | Options | Cache | Clear
Netscape 3.0: Options | Network Preferences | Cache | Clear Disk Cache Now
Netscape 4.x: Edit | Preferences | Clear History
You turn off the power to your PC without first exiting the browser. To exit your browser, click File | Exit.
Your browser is not enabled to receive cookies, or the cookie file can not be written to disk because the directory is write-protected.
The date on your PC is not current.
Re-entering your Fundlist is done through the Update Fundlist option. Do not click on Update Fundlist in the empty report below. If you have difficulty re-entering your Fundlist, send us an e-mail describing the problem. We will do our best to assist you.
