Investment Objectives
The principal objective of the Fund is long-term capital growth combined with a continuing income stream. To achieve this objective, the Fund has assembled, and intends to continue to assemble, a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate with a better than average potential. Provides potential long-term capital growth and steady income through a portfolio of high-quality Canadian real estate. Offers a hedge against inflation. Suitable for investors seeking long-term growth, as well as some current income, and who can accept some variability in returns.

As Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Graham is responsible for the management of Investors Real Property Fund, one of the company's most unique offerings. He also manages iProfile Fixed Income Pool - Investors Real Property mandate. In those capacities, Graham identifies and assesses potential real estate investment opportunities, approves all areas of real estate asset management, and provides leadership and guidance to the other members of the Real Property Team. Graham has been with Investors Group in various financial and operational capacities for over 12 years. For six of those years he oversaw the Investors Group region office real estate portfolio where he was responsible for the management of office site selection, development and construction, as well as lease negotiations and administration. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Manitoba and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from the University of Winnipeg.
