Investment Objectives
The principal objective of the Fund is long-term capital growth combined with a continued income stream through investments in real property located in Canada. To achieve this objective the Fund has assembled and intends to continue to assemble a diversified portfolio of income-producing real properties with a better-than-average growth potential. Subject to other investment restrictions, the Fund may also invest in non-Canadian assets, where it is deemed that the potential for growth provides a supplement to the Fund's Canadian holdings. To change its fundamental investment objective, the Fund needs the approval of a majority of its investors who vote at a meeting held for this purpose, unless we are required by law to make the change.

As Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Graham is responsible for the management of Investors Real Property Fund, one of the company's most unique offerings. He also manages iProfile Fixed Income Pool - Investors Real Property mandate. In those capacities, Graham identifies and assesses potential real estate investment opportunities, approves all areas of real estate asset management, and provides leadership and guidance to the other members of the Real Property Team. Graham has been with Investors Group in various financial and operational capacities for over 12 years. For six of those years he oversaw the Investors Group region office real estate portfolio where he was responsible for the management of office site selection, development and construction, as well as lease negotiations and administration. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Manitoba and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from the University of Winnipeg.
