I can't log in to GLOBE Portfolio.

If you are accessing Globe Portfolio in the evenings, keep in mind that your Internet service provider may be busy at these times and connecting could take a couple of tries. Try to login one more time, following these steps:

  1. On the globefund.com home page at www.globefund.com, click GLOBE Portfolio. The Login screen appears. (Do not use any Bookmarks/Favourites).
  2. Type your Username and Password in the boxes.
  3. Click Login (do not use Enter on your keyboard).

If a problem or error message appears at this point, use the following table to solve the problem.

Problem/Error Message Solution
I receive the message Invalid User name or Password. Please try again . I am a new user. If you registered recently and did not receive an e-mail confirming your registration, your registration was not completed. Click here to fill out the registration form - don't forget to click the  "Register Now!"  button at the bottom of the registration form.
I receive the message Invalid User name or Password. Please try again. I have logged in previously without problems. Click here to retrieve your username and password. Your account information will be sent to the e-mail address with which you registered.
I've forgotten my Username. Click here to retrieve your username.
